Our Welcome Pack contains a few preparation questions to help you communicate your ideas and business background with the least amount of technical jargon. We’ll then schedule an on-boarding phone meeting with you to properly get everything started.

Getting To Work - Website
Once we have all the initial information, technical details and media collateral that we need, we’ll start working on your website and get a working development website up and running. We’ll then send you a link where you can view the progress of your website.
Communicating with us will certainly be key in getting a successful website launched based on your goals and our recommendations.
Getting To Work - Search Engine Optimization
While we’re working on your website, search engine optimization considerations will also be developed and integrated into your website.
Getting To Work - Social Media
We’ll also look into your business’ social media profile. We’ll either set up your Facebook fan page and other accounts, or make changes based on current best practices.
Getting To Work - Online Reputation Monitoring and Google Analytics
While your website is being built, we’ll be setting up “brand mention” alerts for your brand. Whenever your brand is mentioned anywhere on the Internet, we’ll know about it and alert you as well.
We’ll also integrate your Google Analytics account (or set one up if you don’t have one) into your new website and set up Google Search Consol
Full Test
Time to test! We’ll go through your website with you with a fine-toothed comb and fix any errors you–or we–may find. Forms will be tested, links will be clicked and verified, and content will be proofread for accuracy and quality.
Launch
With your approval, we’ll launch your website and monitor everything to make sure everything goes smoothly.
